If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via a variety of carriers. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. Your Shipping Confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and will provide you with a tracking link.
Oversized home items will ship with a freight delivery service and will take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Once your furniture ships we will send you a tracking number and the freight company will call you directly to set up and appointment once it reaches the destination terminal. this will be a curbside/lift gate delivery. Additional shipping may be added to the standard shipping costs of oversized home items and will be indicated during checkout. Express Ship methods are not available, and we are not able to ship to international locations, U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.
Free Shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, Duties, Gift Cards and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the Free Shipping total.
