Preserved Flower Arrangements FAQs
Question: How do I care for my arrangement?
Answer: Most arrangements can be lightly dusted with a dusting cloth. Extra care should be taken when dusting preserved flower arrangements; use only the gentlest touch.
Arrangements with acrylic “water” should not be placed in direct sunlight as the exposure could possibly cause the acrylic to yellow.
Arrangements with preserved roses should not be placed in direct sunlight as the exposure could possibly lighten the flower’s color and cause them to become brittle. These flowers should also not be placed in areas with high moisture content, such as a bathroom.
Question: Can I put my arrangement outside?
Answer: This arrangement is meant to be enjoyed inside, safe from the elements. We cannot promise that the quality of an arrangement, especially those with preserved flowers, would be sustainable in the outdoors.
Question: Changes to Flowers, Natural Products, and Other Components
Answer: We work very hard to source our products in order to create the most beautiful arrangement. Sometimes, though, the color lot is slightly different or a component is discontinued. We reserve the right to modify arrangements when the original components are no longer available. We will not make any drastic changes, however (like an entire floral stem is discontinued).
We do use natural products in our arrangements such as mosses, geodes, and preserved roses. Because they are unique and beautiful, we cannot guarantee that each piece of moss, stone or flower will be exactly the same as the last…they are natural, of course.
